As you know, "not uncommon" is not the same as "inevitable." As an amateur/semipro genealogist, I have access to a lot of data that other people don't. I can tell you that the blue-blooded Bush family has trace amounts of Native DNA going back to the early days of Massachusetts and the famed negro educator Dr. Booker T. Washington has trace amounts of white blood.

My wife can actually trace a line back to the father of Pocahontas through a half sister and I to a number of Cherokee and Sioux maidens who were in the same place as genealogical ancestors in what is now North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, South Dakota and Wyoming.

The markers show up in our DNA tests as well. A better marker than high cheek bones in actually a near lack of body hair except for the crotch and armpits. As noted in my previous post, the mere sight of female genitalia will temporarily turn the average male brain into mush whereas the reverse is not usually true.

Warren may or may not show similar markers. My guess is that even if she did, the percent would be in the single digits, certainly not enough to secure a minority preference as a professor.

Same here - dad got off the boat in the'20s and talked about his dad being a jaeger on the Kaiser's game preserve. Ancestry says I'm anything but - coming from Eastern and Western Europe, the UK and 1% from Africa. ??? My ancestors must have traveled a lot. :-)

Having endured said test back when I played youth football, I know the test firsthand. Didn’t enjoy it but hey, duty demands it. If that is their definition of “groping” then somebody needs a good punch in the mouth. The test is thoroughly legit.

Lieawatha Warren used her supposed Native American Ancestry to procure a $300,000 a Year Teaching Job at Harvard.

If she has no Indian DNA, she should return every penny she was paid by Harvard.

If she has a 64th of Native American DNA or 1/32nd (two numbers I heard she claimed), she should refund Harvard nearly every penny she was paid, except for the percentage shown on the DNA Test of course.

As a kid in the early 60’s, the “turn your head and cough” test was just part of the school sports physical. We lined up like army recruits for all sorts of things - (I think the TB tine test scar on my arm has finally faded).
