Never saw it come back again on the coverage. This is basic code of conduct stuff that gets people terminated all the time in companies/military etc..
Congress is so full of weasels they don’t ever just simply do what would happen to any of us who so blatantly violate the rules...
I saw a GS-14 fired from the FDIC because he didn’t pay his credit card bill on time. His wife paid the bills, or so he said. When I started with them 9 years ago (hard to believe how quickly time passes), I set up a separate bank account that only I could access...and that was before the aforementioned incident.
