The Apprentice" producer Mark Burnett and actor Tom Arnold got into an apparent scuffle at the Evening Before the Emmys party Sunday night, but accounts differ on who provoked it.

Los Angeles Police Department Officer Tony Im told USA TODAY Monday afternoon that Arnold filed a police report alleging Burnett assaulted him. Im would not comment on details of the report, and it was not immediately available.
