I don't think it's uncertainty. Trump knows why the Democrats and most of the Republicans don't want a wall. It's because they never had any intention of securing our borders. If they didn't secure our borders directly after the epic 911 attack on our own soil, they were never going to secure them...Until Trump showed up.☺

The wall is coming along and will continue to be built. The funding will happen, one way or another.
