One would have to read the article to get the idea of it, and I can’t recall where I saw it.
It’s actually nothing against women at all, but rather for them and its very pro family article. Essentially women were voting, but the whole family used to vote. It’s a long article, I’ll see if I can hunt it down today. I didn’t mean for any disrespect.
You may be thinking of an article written by Elizabeth Nickson in November of 2000. It was posted on this website on November 14th of that year. It did not come up in a search.
Her website only goes back to December of 2009 so it is unlikely there. I could not make out the publication where it was printed.
