I sure hope he runs because he will be humiliated right into obliviion if he does. He will make Bill Clinton look safe by comparison.
I’m sure the family is well aware of Biden’s creepy behavior. A man who behaves towards little girls like he does, in public, will most likely do the same, and worse, in private.
