“Biggest Mistake was not cleaning house when you took over being President.. Fire everyone the first day!!! One week to clear out desk.. Then hiring Sessions!”

Going forward every incoming president is going to shitcan everyone that they can on the first day. I doubt that they will give any advance notice either.

Trump, like Sinatra made a few mistakes. Hiring Sessions, not firing Comey immediately or Mueller. Some were because he was new, like pretending Paul Ryan was an ally.

As far as cleaning house, that unfortunately takes time. Other than that, Trump gets an A++

Although I haven’t research the subject, I would bet that Jeff Sessions was largely incompetent as the Attorney General of Alabama as well. He was in the position for only two years, and he might have had a lieutenant who ran the department. When he was U.S. Attorney before that, he probably did not have as many administrative duties.

Session, will handily win the Seat. Moore already failed.. dirty tricks or no.

Both Sessions and Moore are failures.

I want neither to be the nominee.

Sessions only failure was taking a appointment and then acting like a politician... which was the root of his problems. I have no issues with him back in the Senate... and he’s a shoe in if he runs.

The problem with Sessions is that he is a coward. He recused himself and he let the Deep State inside the DOJ and FBI do as they please.

I wouldn't trust Sessions as senator. He already has served notice that he would hurt Trump. He'll do it again.

He recused himself, because he was a politician and made the politically expedient decision... which was wrong.

I have no issue with him back in the Senate, and he’d win the seat by at least 10 if not 15 points easily.

Jeff Sessions has been gone for nearly eight months. Where are all the indictments? Who is locked up?

Attempting to convict and lock up top opposition party officials from the past administration is political suicide - the voters see it as political retribution - no matter what the crime - no matter how well deserved. The party that try’s to impeach, indict, prosecute or convict opposition party politicians is not rewarded for it - it is thrown out of office in the next election cycle.

President Trump never intended to attempt this - he’s far too smart to go down that road.

Jeff Sessions is the scape-goat for failing to accomplish things that were NEVER intended to happen. If you think I’m wrong, stay tuned and let’s see if Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Clinton, Napolitano, Rice, Holder, Obama himself, or any of his crooked cabinet officials ever come anywhere close to a jail cell. If they do, I’ll be beyond happy to be wrong. Maybe some low level types, but even that is unlikely.

And I say this as a huge Trump supporter. Scapegoating is sometimes a political necessity - and unfortunately for Jeff Sessions, he fit the bill perfectly.

I don’t know who was advising Trump when he took office but I bet he wished he would have fired everyone. McCabe, Comey, Stroke, The whole bunch. As soon as Sessions said he would recuse himself I would have given him notice your gone dude!
