The Bill of Rights is part of the Constitution.

Until a dim President ignores it. Like they ignore other parts of the Constitution.

True, in theory. But in reality a president can do anything he/she wants to unless impeached (and removed) by Congress, or overruled by the US Supreme Court.

Would Congress impeach a President Harris over this issue? I doubt it, only because I think the House will be Democrat going forward. There is too much fraud (and illegal immigration) for it to be otherwise.

Would today’s Supreme Court overrule Harris? I think so. But 10 years from now, who knows?

Sorry for the pessimism. But this ain’t my grandpa’s USA.
