If he's impeached, he will no longer be over the military.Can't believe this still needs to be explained on FR after all the WJC IMPEACHMENT by the US House of Representatives which sent it on to the US Senate for trial. During which WJC was still the president of the United States with all powers as before.
Simple version: impeachment = indictment, charges brought before the court for trial
