It was staged. No one would survive a story like that untouched.

“Stagecraft” is how I would describe Barr’s tenure as Attorney General.

Has Barr taken even one CONSEQUENTIAL action in his first 12 months?

LOL - Trust The Plan!

“ For all the fawning the dems did over Ali, they learned nothing about rope a dope.”

I have been saying that Trump has been practicing “rope a dope” since his election. If I am right, the offensive phase of that strategy will come timed before the election. My only question is when it will start. I am thinking June at the earliest, September at the latest.

But that’s just a guess.

Has there been any administration appointee who the President didn’t say he had confidence in days before he fired them? I’m not saying Trump is about to fire Barr but to say that he enjoys Trump’s confidence is not indicative of anything.

i don’t see a problem. POTUS is standing up against injustice and exercising his 1st Amendment rights. Barr is speaking out to be sure all understand he is an independent agent. i respect them both.

IMHO Trump, like the rest of us, is frustrated that while his enemies seem to be able to react instantaneously and carry new allegations to the Brown Shirt Media on a daily basis Barr does nothing to help wrest the narrative away. If you spend all you time on defense you will ultimately lose the game.

Remember all the “let Mueller do his job” talking points during his investigation. Well this is the PDJT/Barr version of that. They have set the MSM up so that they now must make the same demand of PDJT as it pertains to Barr/Durham. If they stray off of that talking point they then make the case that they don’t want an independent AG.

"In other news, President Trump and his Attorney General are now feuding. – Or are they? It’s hard to know, really"

Yes they are feuding. Politics is ALWAYS exactly as it seems. There is never some kind of deep 3d chess going on, ever. If you find yourself thinking this way, lay down until the feeling goes away because it's bogus. Politics is a WYSIWYG game played on the third grade recess level. It's not 3d chess, it's not even checkers, it's more like tic tac toe but without all the strategy.

"Because hell is coming from AG Barr and Durham. You can feel it"

Sorry but what's going on is exactly what you see, NOTHING. Nothing is happening. What's going on behind the scenes in politics is exactly what's going on in front of the scene and what is going on in this case is NOTHING.

Watch what the other hand is doing.........Seems the jury foreman lied in her pre-jury interview and is a Dem who actually ran for public office and had disdain for Trump and it's on line. In other words, she was a clever plant.

Let's see what the judge does. Barr left it TOTALLY up to her.

OK, you negative people keep pooping your pampers and undermining support for Trump. You want President Bernie, I take it? Oh yeah, he’s really going to get to the bottom of it.

I don’t believe that at all. This was an unintended consequence of the President’s off the cuff twitter comment.

Barr could have called a press conference and stated what the prosecutors had done and why his position is this or that. Now he has to endure smears, weeks of testifying, Nads and others bringing in witnesses, statements, documents, et all.

It's a nothing burger, but when high priced Leftist activists posing as journalist basically do nothing for their money, this can take up time and makes it seem like they are actually reporting. What a gig.

So, these resignations are going to appear to be as a result of Trump picking on them and not Barr firing them, or asking for their resignation.

My posts have nothing to do with undermining Trump. Trump has nothing to do with this other than he is the boss of the AG.

My post refers to this silly notion that some how the Republicans are always working behind the scenes and are going to spring the big trap at any second. What I'm telling you is that is NEVER happening. It's a delusion that somehow effects conservatives. If nothing appears to be going on it's because NOTHING is going on.

You can go back years on my posts with countless examples of these conspiracy type wishful thinking 3d chess theories where I have said nothing is actually happening and that's how the story ended, nothing happened. Remember Issa, and Lindsey and "we have ways of making them talk" and all kinds of nonsense. How many prosecutions? NONE, ZERO, NADA

Just ask yourself "did Epstein commit suicide?". We all know the answer is no and every single bit of evidence confirms this yet AG Barr has stated there is no reason to believe anyone else was involved in his death. Does that sound like someone who is going to get to the bottom of things and hold people accountable?

Of course it is stagecraft. If you listened to the interview, you would understand he was talking about ALL of the noise. He started with the MEDIA.

One tweet has now led to weeks of Dems and news having the stage yet again

One tweet has now led to weeks of Dems and news giving Trump the stage yet again to broadcast how corrupt the Stone persecution was from predicate to FBI to DOJ to corrupt judge Amy Berman to corrupt jury.

Take a step back and take in the panorama and stop focusing on the minutia.

Barr could have called a press conference and stated what the prosecutors had done and why his position is this or that.

That would have been completely out of character for Barr -- at least until AFTER the case was over.

Go back and review his comments on ABC. From what I've seen, he didn't even make a specific reference to which case(s) he was talking about when he said the Twitter posts about active DOJ cases are inappropriate.
