They need to be mowed down.

They are getting away with crimes that you or I wouldn't get away with.

The mistake they will make is when they dare come into a city or county/parish that doesn't take kindly to outsiders agitating and causing havoc.

If they're not stopped soon there will be blood in the streets and it won't be ours.

Since I see that they have free range in these cities and no one can stop them then just how will they stop us from taking them down?

I've read that face recognition can be used with mask wearers because of the eyes but masks and sunglasses are a different thing. (hint)

They won’t be stopped soon, and they won’t be stopped later, at least not by the authorities.

And yes, there will be blood in the streets, sadly it won’t all be theirs. Hopefully most of it will be, though.
