and start looking at the evidence available for anyone to see.
You cannot have batch after batch after batch of votes submitted after the big vote dumps with the precise same allocations without election fraud.
Tucker could see the evidence for himself.
He could start the investigation with his own network by reviewing the votes his own network was reporting. He could ask why VA was called so early with Trump leading.
The vote dumps and other statistical evidence such as the same ratios holding in several states, or the exact same numbers appearing in various places are damning......but given the stakes, they need more.
Add the sworn affidavits of observed fraud to that.
Add the evidence of dead people voting, people who moved away voting and evidence of people who were surprised to learn they had “voted” to that.
Add the algorithms, databases, audit trails etc of Dominion voting systems to that.
Add the Soros connections and the statements of Dominion higher ups about how they had fixed the election against Trump and all the foreign connections to that.
We need to not only make the case to judges, we need to have enough to provide them political cover. As a backstop in cases the judges do not act, we need to provide state legislatures and US House of Representatives political cover to declare Trump the winner (which they have the power to do) if the judges do not act.
I’m not saying to release all evidence to the media right now for them to attack, but ultimately we need to have enough evidence to convince a large segment of the public. This will be a political act - not just a legal one.
