Anywhere but a tiny base filled with new recruits, or where it’s going to be obvious if the unit isn’t doing its “official” mission. Elite units are busy, as are training units. No one has time to do both.
And what, pray tell, does this elite unit do that requires them to be highly visible while doing it?
