Fair enough. My Grandfather flew B-17s during the Second World War, and then his son married a German immigrant. So as you might expect, it's always been a complicated story in my family.
A friend of mine who took an RPG in the Korengal Valley told me that the Germans were by far the best of the international contingent, and that he always appreciated working with them. So it's a topic that, admittedly, gets under my skin.
