It depends. If they were honest with themselves and were looking at separating at the end of the current service commitment, it's one thing. If they were turning a blind eye or living in denial about the fraud, it makes me question them.
Most by far do one four-year commitment and then separate. Others in specific career fields stay longer, like pilots who have a longer service commitment and tend to stay in if the flying jobs aren't available on the outside. Even before this election fraud, there was always a gap between those who stayed and those who left. Those who left tend to be more independent and forward thinking. Those who stay tend to be more bureaucratic and hope the government can think for them.
