Joy Reid might be gone from MSNBC's weekend-morning time slot, but her successor on the weekends, Tiffany Cross, is keeping alive Reid's tradition [documented here] of insulting Republican and conservative guests.

Toward the end of the segment, after Republican Chuck DeVore yet again made the factual case about voter fraud, citing recent local elections in Texas and New Jersey that had been overturned because of obvious, documented fraud, Cross shot back:
"It's a pet peeve when people spit in my face and try to convince me it's raining. This is voter suppression by no other name. That's very obvious to us."

A reasonable question to ask her: “If the GOP were to create fraudulent ballots in an election, so as to cause a black candidate to lose the election, would you want to find and disqualify those ballots so that the rightful candidate could be declared the winner? And if you did that, would that be voter suppression?”

She thinks everyone else does what she does (probably deeply believes it) and accuses them of being like her.

Sure. But the idea is that if WE did it — specifically to hurt the Democrats — would the Democrats cry foul and say “Those ballots are fake!” and would they agree that crying “Fake ballots!” is a form of voter suppression? I think not. Because identifying fraud isn’t voter suppression unless you live in pretzel logic land.
We need one state, just one to show fraud.
Some voters ought to be suppressed.
Illegal voters.
Is that really a hard concept?
This is what these Republicans need to say over and over, because we are not suppressing the right of any American from voting who has the legal right to vote.

All too often leftists are allowed to make outrageous claims that go unchallenged. Racist? How, exactly. White supremacist? Define white supremacist and then provide examples of how that person or organization meets that definition. Exactly. On and on.
Anyone can make unsubstantiated claims. Hey, I'm a great cook, an above average driver, and singing virtuoso... Ok, no, I can't make that claim with a straight face. I can't carry a tune in a bucket with both hands...
