Police are not the problem in the black community. But they don’t want to admit what the problem is.

I don’t believe we’re allowed to even say what the problem might be. Which is one reason the problem isn’t going to be solved.

It’s worse than “isn’t going to be solved”. It’s going to get worse. Nobody needs an AR15 or a 30 round magazine my a55.
