Judge Schroeder says he will poll jurors now to determine if deliberations will continue tonight
if I were on that jury, I would insist that it deliberate through the night and if the conclusion has already been made, wait until 5AM and render it then.
The punks outside will just about all go home to their night night time.
Jurors have been dismissed for the night. Looks like there might be something to the 10 - 2 guess. Just my guess.
