You are not reading the tea leaves. I have been in the precise position as O’Keefe, more than once. Bringing “top people” on the Board is never appropriate. They always want to take over the reigns and throw out the founder as past his prime. “We have become too sophisticated to tolerate the rough ways of our founder!” is their standard line.
When you have a grass roots organization you want g ass roots people representing it, not hot shots.

I do know that DeSantis was pumping up the attorney that defends Pzifer AND Dommion Voting, as well as the board of PV (from what I read).
