We are saying their parents or a parent were not citizens of the US, by birth or naturalization at the time of Rubio, Cruz, Vivek, Haley and Obama’s births.
So then we are back to the issue, of whether the citizenship of your parents defines whether you are a natural born citizen.
There is no Free Republic consensus on this issue.
