This isn’t like Obamacare or other issues where there is give and take and wriggle room for SCOTUS machinations.
This is cut and dried.
And results if upheld would be catastrophic meltdown of out ability to vote anyone in or out of the Presidency. And SCOTUS knows this. America would be over, they know that, too.
SCOTUS cannot let this stand, and won’t. It would destroy them along with our entire Constitutional system.
