After years of denying they had anything related to Seth Rich, the FBI and DOJ were caught lying over and over again. In September 2023, a judge finally demanded the FBI and DOJ provide all they had regarding Seth Rich to Attorney Clevenger. The FBI responded requesting another 66 years before releasing the information. They wanted it moved out like the JFK assassination reports.
Then in late November, a Federal Judge ruled the FBI must hand over evidence regarding former DNC employee Seth Rich’s murder to Ty Clevenger.

This is big news since one year earlier the FBI was attempting to bury the information on Seth Rich for 66 years.
No media outlet has covered the Seth Rich story as extensively as The Gateway Pundit.
Judge Amos L. Mazzant ruled the FBI must hand over Rich’s personal laptop, work laptop, a DVD, and thumb drive within 14 days.
Attorney Clevenger tweeted this out late last night.

Yes, it is very rare that a murder of an unrelated party occurs where NOTHING is taken - not his wallet, nor his cell phone. And just why would the FBI refuse to release the evidence? Rich was killed eight years ago and there are no national security or other secrecy concerns. To me, it would seem to indicate that the FBI is hiding something, either to protect themselves or who knows who else? I suspect that we are as likely to receive the files from the FBI as we are to get the trove of Jeffrey Epstein’s videos.
The FBI has passed a serious level of criminality and gone down to the level of giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
Pretty much proves that the FIB is hiding something. Something very damning.

Meanwhile the DoJ is demanding for itself a speedy trial vs Trump, a novel spin on the constitutional guarantee, while simultaneously fighting against speedy justice when it is the target. A total shutdown is warranted.
How is it that FBI/DOJ/Hunter/Holden/Dems/et al. can so openly, brazenly ignore subpoenas, court orders, Federal law?

Good Argument to Judge that the fib turn over the *metadata* from the laptop - since there’s nothing that should need redacting from a set of metadata it should be produced immediately and then they can go to the next step. I am convinced that the DNC emails were leaked not hacked based on the analysis of the timestamps showing the files could have only been downloaded at the speed of a USB (not Internet) *and* the purported log stamps attributed to “Russia” were in fact manufactured because the format of the purported log was inconsistent with the original (open) source code. Maranatha!
