It’s not the boycott that’s going to cause damage, it’s the threat of boycott and resulting panic.

If just a small number of truckers start the boycott and the word gets out that there could be food storage and the citizens rush the stores, that is what will cause chaos.

Yes. Exactly. If/As word spreads, those stocking up on things will cause others to do likewise, and pretty soon there would be enough momentum to accelerate that 2-week timeline for inventories to dry up. All the best.

Yes. It shouldn’t take too long to get most NYC residents all hot and bothered and in a state of chaos. It would be a beautiful thing to see.
