Portland Oregan's a democrat hellhole city - they kill off their young with insane 'legal drugs for all' crap too - The his would never happen in Florida. For years the libertarians have been screaming for legalizing drugs, and yet situations like Portland show the folly of that move.
Legalizing drugs will not ever solve any kind of drug problem.
