The Russians will make them talk. They don’t have a history of playing nice, even with their own people. The terrorist will wish they were killed.

Probably. But who would believe any statement from the Russians or the Biden Administration about the event? Only a fool.
Maybe someone will tell the truth. Maybe noone. But that would only be because the truth or lie is convenient.
So we will never know who was actually responsible.
