Thanks for that info, yeah he was probably going to jail.
The no sear belt infraction is a rather flimsy reason for stopping a motorist, imho.
Heck, where they have red light cameras , they just e-mail a video of the infraction, you pay, no points on license, no court. One could argue that running a red light is the greater hazard yet it is handled no fuss.
Fwiw, I saw three vehicles run a red light this afternoon, the intersection used to have a red light camera, since removed.
But if there is a warrant for his arrest, they are probably checking the license plate...
