Lawless Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs Vetoes Bill to Require Proof of Residency for Voting
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com ^ | 4/25/2024 | Jordan Conradson

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on Tuesday vetoed legislation that would define residency in Arizona and require proof of residency, such as a home rental agreement or ownership, to vote in the state’s elections.

Hobbs stole the 2022 election for Governor from Kari Lake, and she is getting ready to rig the 2024 election for Joe Biden.

SB 2581 stipulates that “a resident is an individual who has actual physical presence in the state for at least one hundred eighty-one days with the intent to remain” but provides exceptions for individuals to vote if they provide evidence of employment, residential property, child school enrollment, and active duty military service.

Hobbs’ veto comes as flyers instructing illegal immigrants to vote for Joe Biden in the forthcoming U.S. election have been reportedly distributed at a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Mexico, according to an investigation by The Oversight Project, a watchdog initiative linked to the Heritage Foundation.

Additionally, voters are not required to show proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections on a “federal only” ballot.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Hobbs also vetoed a bill Tuesday that would have allowed Arizona homeowners to remove an unlawful occupant or a “squatter” from their property.

Hobbs has vetoed over 185 bills since taking office last January. This shatters Democrat Janet Napolitano’s record of 181 vetoes during an entire four-year term.

Democrats can’t win without cheating and this sort of thing proves that they know it.

And nobody is stopping them, which is THE most frustrating part of it all.

This C U Next Tuesday has no authority to veto this bill according to the US Constitution:

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

That’s a little bit crazy, to say what you said.

The lesson is not to cheat like they do, but to hold them accountable and clean up the process.

Why would republicans choose to lower their IQ to the level of the democrats?

We are in an era where cheating is praised and not condemned.

So what is stopping 20,000 California Democrat residents, who are US citizens, from Registering to Vote in Arizona if no proof that that actually live in Arizona is required?

The RNC is either brain dead or they are part of this scheme. Otherwise, the RNC should be screaming about it every day.

Is there way she can be recalled? Not that the votes are there, but still, making the effort might shake her up.

"Lawless Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs Vetoes Bill to Require Proof of Residency for Voting"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Democratic and Republican Trump-supporting patriots not only need to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new Congress so that he won't be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will also remove Gov. Hobbs from office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment (14A) for open rebellion against the Constitution's "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause," nullifying that clause for Arizona with her veto of the Arizona proof or residency bill for voting.

In addition to renegade states wrongly nullifying the Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause by letting illegal aliens vote, note the zero tolerance "hair trigger" language of Section 2 of 14A below which Pence and J6 Congress wrongly ignored imo.

The unconstitutional votes of illegal immigrants wrongly weaken the constitutionally enumerated voting power of citizens imo.

In fact, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage Southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, 2022 and possibly earlier elections!

"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives

If this were a better world, the feds would be publicly reminding all states before an election that the feds will be darkening the doorway of any state to investigate allegations of possible violations of not only the "Uniform Rules of Naturalization Clause," but also Sections 2 & 3 of 14A.

You need to win elections first.

Problem with Republicans is they like to lose with virtue and dignity.

She’s an enemy of the USA for sure. When the pendulum swings back the other way, she should be included in the RICO case of hundreds, maybe thousands, of criminal traitors. Let them swing as well.

My first thought too. Will the legislature press the issue?

But stealing an election is not winning, and having an election stolen from you is not losing.

Doesn’t take a genius to figure this out.

That's the difference, I suppose, between Democrats and Republicans.

Democrats understand that winning means attaining and retaining power.

Republicans would rather treat politics as a board game where there's no consequences to losing as long as you played fair. "Good move, old chap! Well played!"

None of those “evidence” examples are government provided paperwork. And all can be completely meaningless. Especially in this modern world. We have people who “work” in our office that don’t live in the state (the remote work revolution). So no employer paperwork (which I don’t actually think we even have) would mean anything. You really can’t grant/ deny people’s voting rights based on random paperwork from random companies that are all largely meaningless and easily faked.

I agree with the GOAL of the law, but the execution is crap.

You forgot to mention regular American patriots.

Now back to the democrats. What they do, as you described it, is to reject love of the truth. This is what brought them to the stolen ground where they now find themselves.

Stolen ground is not a smart achievement, and it’s not a comfortable place to be for the democrats today.
