It is in my humble opinion a fact and that is what I posted here on this forum.
However, officially it is a denied rumor inside the beltway and in the print and news media.
This was denied by someone from the Department of State.
Let me ask you a question: With all due respect to the US State Department, since when, according to DC protocols, since when does State issue denials of Department of Defense operations in a time of war?????? Since when does Colin Powell's people SPEAK FOR Donald Rumsfelds people????
Since when does the Department of State issue denials of ANY activity conducted by the US Department of Defense?

There was no disclaimer of any kind. It was not reported as a rumor, but as a fact.
