I think I'd buy a big cruising sailboat and live on it and just sail around from place to place.

Excellent.

You drive this mother, and I'll man the guns.

As a vet, you can double as the ship's doctor.

This is the goofiest pic of Kerry on ice. Gosh I like the sound of that, Kerry on ice.....

John Kerry (news - web sites) (D-MA) heads to the bench while playing ice hockey with city of Des Moines, Iowa fire fighters in Urbandale, Iowa, November 15, 2003. I'm waiting on the other shoe to drop on the Story about Howard Dean rushing to the side of a 'campaign worker' who went into diabetic shock in front of the convention hall last night.

Surely someone will do some follow up to determine if it was staged.

Glad to be back E. I must disagree with you about the beaste. If she waits four years then most of the bin Laden, Saddam stuff is old history and who in the media is going to remind us for four years what she and billy didn't do to help get rid of terrorists? Shoot, the media haven't said boo about the connection of Saddam and bin Laden or the 1998 indictment or the ruling by a Clinton appointed Judge Harold Baer that Saddam was indeed complicit in 9/11.

The media hasn't said boo about how clinton had three opportunities to get bin Laden (and has admitted as much) and turned them all down. They continue to spout (or allow candidates, congressmen and senators to spout) that there were no WMDs, President Bush lied! President Bush fudged the evidence! All the while they know good and well clinton and all his flying monkeys claimed the same things.

She does have a huge ego but she's a bigger coward. She'll never allow herself to be humiliated by losing big (and she would) to President Bush. Just my 2 cents. :-)

But if she wins in '08, can I go with you on the boat? I'm a good swabber.

Good morning IG, I hadn't heard about the campaign worker. Didn't something similar happen (someone had heatstroke?) a few weeks back?

Dean aids staff member who collapsed in D.M.
By Register Staff Report

11/16/2003

With the help of an unidentified man, Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean, former Vermont governor who is also a medical doctor, renders assistance to a campaign staff member who collapsed outside Central Campus in Des Moines.

They helped Jake Edwards, 49, of Spencer, who collapsed about 3 p.m. because he was having a seizure, said Dean campaign spokeswoman Sarah Leonard.

She said Edwards is a field staff member for the Dean campaign.

Dean was scheduled to appear at an event on Central Campus.

"When something like that happens, you forget you're running for president and your instinct as a physician kicks in," Leonard said.

"His only concern now is for the health of his staff member."

Leonard said Edwards hit his head when he collapsed and was bleeding.

He was treated and released from Iowa Methodist Medical Center on Saturday afternoon.

How about this one IG! Hillary claims she went to Walter Reed "last Tuesday" to comfort the troops. I searched for anything she did that Tuesday (aka Veterans Day) and couldn't find a thing but for a couple of press releases at her website, link below.

Hillary to Iowans: I Comforted Troops at Walter Reed

I smell a big stinky lie.

And of course billy honored our Veterans by being in China that day.

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton (news - web sites), left, meets with a guest who asked him to sign his wife Hillary's autobiography, at the opening of a new AIDS (news - web sites) research center in Beijing Tuesday Nov. 11, 2003. Following a meeting with six AIDS patients Clinton later called for China and the United States to overcome their differences on trade, saying the two powers must learn to work together to conquer common threats like AIDS, terrorism and global warming (news - web sites). Good shot of bill's Kabala bracelet.

Thanks for posting those photos. On Capital Gang yesterday, the pundits pretty much agreed that Kerry made a mistake riding onto the stage (on Leno) on his motorcycle...they pointed out that Slick did not play his sax until after he was nominated...wonder what they will say about his hockey night, lol.

That whole Iowa dinner was very unsettling to me...first I read that Kerry and Dean had their supporters buy up lots of tickets so they would get big applause (which means Hillary was not necessarily the big draw) and then that photo of Dr. Dean coming to the aide of a diabetic.

Meanwhile, I am trying to figure out if Hildebeast gussied up her pant suit with a lace blouse or actually bought a new suit with lace trim....

For like the zillionith time, I am so glad I am not a democrat. This whole primary race is a fiasco and so demeaning. For instance, did you know that Kucinich is running a contest for a mate/date. So far, 17 women have signed up. The winner gets not one but two dates with Dennis in NH which will be nothing but a press event I am sure.

Isn't there a joke in here someplace? The runner up gets two dates with Dennis, the winner gets no dates, ha ha..

They are a sad lot all right...guessing that Texas will escape any visits from the dims this time around.

Or they might visit the People's Republic of Austin to pick up some cash.

Have a ball out there, DS.
