Well, I went to see some of those links....pretty awful alright. What we need in America is more of THIS kind of plastic surgery instead:

Interesting website, HLL.

They forgot 2 celebs I can think of. Michael Douglas seems to have had something done around his eyes.

And I heard some plastic surgeon on tv a while back talking about Demi Moore, that she has had so much done over the years that it's not even noticeable for the most part, because it's never anything dramatic.

She started very young, in her 20s, and has done little bits all along, starting with thinning her nose. He said what she's had done has to have cost upwards of $300K. (He wasn't her surgeon, and wouldn't talk about any of his own clients by name.)

So scary. I don't think the celebrities see how terrible it looks. They are so used to looking at each other that they must think it is normal to have such a strange, pulled, pouty, and surprised look. The pity is that most of them once had natural beauty that should have been allowed to age gracefully and naturally.

The one that always puts me into shock is Jocelyn Wildenstein, the cat woman. I won't even post her after photo here, it's too horrible. I've read that her VERY rich husband loved big game hunting, and when he starting chasing around, she started to have her face remade into something like the big cats (lions, leopards, etc.) that he was so interested in.
