I think Bush has a nervous stuttering problem that is a physical problem I stated on another thread there must be a medicinal therapy to help him at times like tonight.

It appears the way you posted but I think it is just a glich he has as we all have gliches just some are more noticable than others.

I believe it is all straight in his mind but stuttering gets in the way.

I would much rather have him unpolished on his debating skills than on drugs lol. To me he acted like he was hurrying to beat the clock. You noticed he always stopped immediately when the red light flashed?
