So what, isn't that her right? Does she have to ask you whome she can like or not? I don't like Howard Stern, never have and never will, but I don't have to ask your or anybody else's permission

I think you are fooling yourself if you think there is no "Ignorant Christian Right". I consider myself part if the Christian right but there are a VERY FEW, I believe, Christians who would want to take Cheney off the ticket because his daughter is a lesbian. I also believe Kerry screwed up by mentioning it because he will lose far more votes than he will gain. The mushy middle folks hate dirty politics.

A few thoughts.
I'm sure the CHRISTIAN RIGHT has a portion that is ignorant. Anybody who would trace their hand on a piece of paper and send it to Jimmy Swaggart with at $10 donation so they can be "saved" has GOT to be pretty ignorant. I would bet that E.D. was saying "the portion of the Christian right that is ignorant rather than "the Christian right is ignorant. Big difference.
Also, people who speak of FOX as being a news show by the right for the right are wrong and play into the lame stream media and the libs hands. FOX presents both sides and everything in between. Considering that TV news was totally left-wing before FOX came along that is a huge and wonderful thing from the conservative perspective. We never had "fair and balanced" before. Libs hate FOX because it does present the right's perspective and call it right wing because it dares to present the right's views as well as the left's. But a show that is "fair and balanced" is a news show that is credible. The left does not want "credible" they want a black out on the right wing view. Thus they call FOX a right wing or conservative news program which suggests that it is not credible. (And yes, they actually believe the old media is credible.)
When we act like FOX is supposed to be our (conservatives) news show, we play into their hand and lend credence to the idea that FOX is not credible.

Yeah he's a little twerp. But, more importantly, His continued presence on the skerry campaign indicates they stand bhind his threat to Sinclair.

First of all, what are her credentials?? What were they ever??? A scraggy, dirty dishwater-blond with a lantern jaw who is and always has been nothing more than a Liberal shill. "Should we get into this election thing...??" says E.D.?? It's more accurately called voter fraud you blond putz. I can just see the stretch limo pulling into her Westchester mansion every morning as the this pampered twit drives off to the studio, late as usual, not a cogent thought in her head, with that vacant stare she has that says "nothing upstairs!"

Don't pull a skerry on me. I quoted it exactly as she said it. The IGNORANT CHRISTIAN RIGHT.

I muted that little slimeball every time he spoke. That boy is smarmy if I've ever seen it. And not to mention all the snorting he was doing while the Bush guy was talking.

When she is talking politics it makes a difference. If I am not allowed to have an opinion because I don't have a National TV show, then well to the brave new world.

I've watched Fox & Friends off and on for 2 or 3 years.
About half the stuff I've heard Hill say is ignorant, grossly uninformed, or just silly. And her hair always looks like hell too.
Now, Lauren Green is an entirely different story- meow!

The Christian Right's being ignorant to one of the Cheney daughters being gay is what she said! ie,Kerry tried to scare the portion of Dubya's base away that he hoped didn't know about her being gay.

Ignorant is not necessarily a derogatory term. It means unaware or uninformed.
