I think you misunderstood E.D.

What I heard was that she was saying that Kerry thinks there are a lot of homophobes within the Christian right community and was hoping to supress their vote by mentioning Cheney's gay daughter.

E.D. does NOT believe this and I thought it was pretty clear.

Did you just see the interview with the Chad from skerry's campaign. She sat there giggling with him as he lied about the vaccine situation. she did not mean it the way you took it. She has always talked like that about Christians.

I think the same Marty60. If anything she had a blast skewering the left spinster for what Kerry did to the Cheney's. Just caught that pencil-neck weasel Chad Clanton on Fox & Friends and she did a number on him too.

Kerry's spinsters are a full-on nose dive and I'm loving every minute of it!

Your assessment was correct. Kerry's assumption is that there are ignorant voters on the far-right who would not vote for Bush because there is a homosexual in his administration. He didn't say it to get votes because these folks would vote for the [almost]devil before they'd vote for Kerry, but they would stay home rather than vote. If he can't garner the votes, Kerry would rather have conservatives stay home.

I agree with you on your assessment. She was outraged yesterday at Kerry's comments about the VP's daughter. She was still ticked off today, even more so with the comments Edward's wife.
