It means that if you are one that figures yourself a hacker or disruptor and try to unleash things that will intentionally slow the sight down you will be booted.. also refering to posting large photos etc... anything that will consume processing ability.....

robots.txt is a file on the server that tells 'spiders'
(programs that automatically read web sites and create an index of their context for search engines) whether they are welcome or not. My guess is that the webmaster anticipates high demand on the site and wants to block spiders so that real human web readers get a faster, better visit.

robots.txt informs the webcrawlers not to spider the site. Usually this is called in the meta tags and header, but aparently you may have more success by placing a note in the body (I was not aware of this).

Are you saying that you're refusing to obey the robots.txt?

Robots such as yahoo and other search engines search the web for pages, and follow links to find and index information.
They are supposed to look for a file called "robots.txt", and if it says don't look in this folder, or don't look there, or don't follow links, then the robot is not supposed to do it.
Looks like somebody is not following those rules.
