I just love meatloaf. There's so many ways to make it, and I have yet to encounter one not worth eating. Plus, the leftovers make great sandwiches.

Ummmm Welsh Rabbit, I've never had it but I'm sure I'd like it, my people are from Wales. It's probably an inherited taste!

How is it prepared? :^}

First of all, there's no rabbit in it.

I've been a full vegetarian for 18 years, and haven't touched any red meat for 24 years.

Excellent! It keeps the price down. You folks are to be encouraged so the rest of us can enjoy the meat at a lower cost.

I hope you don't drink beer either. :^}

I am just sitting here wondering why on earth you would think anyone here cared about what you ate or didn't eat? This is a political forum not a chat room. So...... did your candidate lose?

I don't. Jim Beam is my poison of choice.

"thinking of becoming a pollo, pesco, lacto-ovo, vegetarian"

How about becoming a moo-moo vegetarian?
But, judging from this post and your sign up date, I think you will be introduced to the "Zotatarian" diet real soon.

My and my fiancee's son is a meat eater and we never try and force a vegetarian diet upon him, but despise the presence of his flesh and carnage in our refrigerator and count our blessings that he is a senior in high school, and he and his flesh, so to speak, will be taking a stage left out of ours lives for good! (He will always be welcome, but not his flesh!)

You have found the right forum to post this on. Although officially a conservative political website, FR is secretly a haven for vegans of all types. And it is recommended that you de-bone your fiancee's son when he tries to return home so his flesh will not pollute your trailer any longer. Search on: Jeffrey Dahlmer

Can one eat a bear? I mean a real one, not a Teddy bear, but one made of meat? I'd love to eat the flesh of that dead animal as long as I don't have to shoot and clean it, I'm chicken and I hate the smell when you cut 'em open.

Yummy! I have two steak places that both deliver to my house. Sadly, no money until late tonight.

Excellent, I don't drink whiskey so we can each keep the price down for each other.

There actually isn't any meat in it. I'm not much of a cook, but there's a lot of variations. It's basically a cheese sauce, most often cheddar, on toast. There's usually beer in the sauce, and some recipes have tomatoes on the toast. I believe Stouffer's has a mix sold in some parts of the country (not in my city though).
