Is it a total impossiblilty that Cheney will seek and obtain the Presidential nomination in 2008?

It's partly about the press, and partly about people. He annoys certain moderates. The Haliburton thing isn't going away, even though it's good for America.

Does he make it through this term? Stepping aside for the good of the team, with the hand-picked successor for Bush coming on board now?

When the sitting VP needs to go to the emergency room every two months or so because he's worried about his ticker.

What are you on about this is the first time to my knowledge since 2001 and this is for a cold picked up on a grueling campaign and then exacerbated by going pheasant hunting. Both of which do not indicate sick or paranoid man. I would like to see you keep that schedule up without ever being sick. The doctor was just being over cautious imagine the situation if it had been heart related and he had not advised the VP to get checked out.
