Don't necessarily appreciate the JUDGEMENT though.
I think people are quite capable of making up their own minds on what they should and shouldn't drop.
I've no dog in this fight, per se. But I won't be 'told' either.
"IMO...would do well" is no instruction nor command - just advice
the Judgement (that there have been CREVO threads with greater civility) seems to me quite just.
I *do* have a dog in this fight - this kind of thing can easily flare out of proportion, things can be said that can never be unsaid, and hostilities become entrenched like unto those of the Balkans.
Many of the participants on both sides of this fracas are on the One Ping, and this could lead to a sundering of that list.
This outcome I would prefer to prevent if I may.
