While I agree the civility level to each other here needs some improvement at times, I do not agree that we should just play nice about the left. They are the enemy, not just the opposing party any longer. Perhaps you were away too long? Rats is too good a name for them actually.
This gets my vote. Not only that, but they have been entrenched for a time that's been unhealthy to this nation. Notice how the Right has had to move Left in order to attract the maleable middle voters.
Not only have they kept the pendulem positioned leftward, they've damn near tipped over the entire clock.
It'll take a few more election cycles and more hands on deck to get the ship-of-state finally headed to starboard.
