I receive telemarketing calls a few times per week on my cellphone. I'm not on a do-no-call list. Are you saying that it is already against the law even without the list?
Yes it is. Tell them they're illegally calling a cell phone and to remove you from the list.
If you're not on a do not call list then you are fair game.
They'll call you. If you call the number in the thread, most marketers can NOT call you and if they do, then report them to this number and they will be forced to stop. This do not call list is only good for five years.
