I doubt the FCC will do anything. There is a different standard on New Year's and live TV. If today was May 17 then maybe the FCC would be concerned.

Leno had Motley Crue on his show? Cool. Well, it would have been cool twenty years ago. Always keeping current, I hear next New Year's Eve he's featuring Billy Squier and Men at Work.

It's after 10P; if the FCC follows their own rules, they won't say anything (and won't be able to).

The FCC actually investigated a broadcaster I read last night over 9 e-mailed complaints
