They still don't know Ronald Reagan holds the title as the Greatest American ( my opin ). However if you break down the proposed examples of "Someone who seized opportunities", Loserkerryman comes to mind. Well you might consider going to the site and voting.

too hard......I think you have to break it down into categories like politcs, science, industry, relgion, military etc.......there are way too many to give justice to any one........

Yeah, I shoulda thought about that...I'da hafta also add Gen. George Patton; James Madison; Murray Rothbard; Lew Rockwell; former Representative Larry Patton McDonald (D-GA, & a relative of Gen. Patton, who was killed when the Soviets shot down KAL Floght 007 back in 1983)....I could go on & on!
