Remember me, I'm the guy who kept askin about different cities & how conservative they are.

I got LOTS of help from Freepers & would like 2 thank ya'll 4 it.

I ended up movin 2 Greenville, IL (Central Illinois)

I love it here. Allthoguth NO ONE on Free Republic recommended Central Illinois I want 2 thank all of you 4 your advice & well wishes

That's an interesting town. They changed the name to Greenville based on the town's overwhelming support for Ralph Nader in the 2000 election.

Hey, now, that's not quite true! When you (a Missouri Synod Lutheran) asked about Robinson, Illinois, I recommended the LCMS pastor there to you. Well, guess what? I happen to know the LCMS pastor in Greenville, Illinois, too! Just ran into him yesterday here in St. Louis. So you're doing fine, being there in small-town Illinois.

Every local I talk 2 tells me this is a Conservative town & it's been named "Greenville" since AT LEAST 1850.

I attend a Conservative Lutheran Church here in Greenville.
