After much conversation yesterday on Terri Schiavo, I was wondering what you thought about what's next.
When their daughter passes away, should Terri Schiavo's parents file a wrongful death civil lawsuit against Michael Schiavo?
Many of you yesterday told me Michael is a murderer.
If he really is a murderer, should Terri's parents sue him?

They'd lose. Probably would get thrown out shortly after it was filed.
If they do Judge Greer should be a co-defendant.
They're going to file a wrongful death suit, no doubt about it. They've been telegraphing that for quite some time.

They're the types that won't be able to move on with their lives.

I think they should. But I wonder if they won't have lost faith in our judicial system by then (if they haven't already).
Greer has judicial immunity, even if they do sue him. The only defendant they'll end up with is Michael Schiavo. And they'll probably lose. And they'll sue him again and again, if nothing else but to sustain the perpetual litigation.
I would like to see mike sue some of the wacko zealot pro-life groups for delfamation of character.
And before you flame me I don't mean the mainstream groups either. Yes there are jesse jackson type people on the right also that don't give a rats but about Terri. Just to make money and aget their bame back in the papers. Those are the ones I'm refering to.
I think the suit should be filed against Greer. His hospice center got much of the $700,000 that was awarded for her treatment and rehab. A hospice is not a place for treatment or rehab.
