You kidding. I'm so much for her that I'm hoping she doesn't have to suffer anymore.
I've been through this twice in the last year with immediate family members. Only the religiously weak think we should keep this lady hooked up to feeding tubes for the next 50 years.
The religiously strong recognize God's hand in every aspect of life...and death.
It's not that simple. No one wants her to suffer. But the bottom line is we took it out of God's hands and men decided her fate which turns out to be murder by starvation.
I've been down this road, too.
If she's a vegetable, then she's not suffering. If she's suffering, then she's not a vegetable.
You can't have it both ways.
