The fact the scientology practices a very aggressive and sophisticated form of mind control (ie, CULT) is "news" of a sort, especially when it seems to be being played out in the world media using a relatively young naive starlet to help rehabilitate and "juice up" the questionable macho image of a powerfully wealthy, ambitious, but short and aging actor.
Creepy!
And all done, using the MSM in the same way we used to have to read tabloids.

Unfortunately this could end up as bad news.
Given that it's about celebrities I'd agree....but the scientology angle does highlight the fact that this happens more than we know about...except we don't, because the people aren't celebs.
