The price is too high and I prefer to have the largest range of possible choices. It's just against my nature to lock myself in to one hardware vendor like that.

Prices will come down after the Intel transition. The iPod already costs less than it used to ($299 instead of $399), the Mac Mini is a steal for what you get, and Apple's other products should also be filed under "you get what you pay for," especially the new PowerMac.

Minimialism ain't girly. =P
