I grew up saving every dollar I made for a concert to these bands and a T-shirt

I bought concert shirts from every show I went to in the 1980s. And I went to a bunch of shows. Sadly the shirts were worn until they were threadbare and then turned into rags before they were thrown away.

I wish I still had them. They'd probably be worth a fortune on eBay.

The Rolling Stones "Wild Horses" is one my favorite songs in general.

"Almost Hear You Sigh" is a good power ballad by the Stones. :)

I'll tell you one song that I think is very, very good - it's a song called "Holding on to nothing but the Wheel". It's done by Peter Wolf who used to be the lead singer of J. Geils and Mick Jagger does a backup vocal/duet.

Both singers do a great job and it's a great song, but Jagger in particular sings his ass off.

"Up All Night," while not a ballad, was a better Slaughter song.

So what are you doing, just sitting back in amusement as all us hair band freaks discuss our favorite songs, hairdos, and concert experiences?

I see some kids with those same t-shirts on today bought from a store and I am thinking

"Kid I got that shirt AND was really there"

I wish I would have taken better care of them myself...

but those were the days of debauchery and thus they are not in good condition. ;P
