SANTA MONICA - Actor Chris Penn died in Santa Monica. The brother of Sean Penn was 43.

Santa Monica police say there is no sign of foul play in the death of Actor Chris Penn. The actor and brother of Sean Penn was found dead in a Santa Monica residence.

just looking at the changes in his face, i would say he was doing more than just gaining weight...his nose looks way different too.

Hi Sam,

You are thinking of Michael Penn. The song "No Myth" (also known as Romeo in Black Jeans) was one of his hits.

I had the album a few years back, and it was excellent. He really is a talented musician.

My condolences to the Penn family.
