I'll join the thread!

I've been on the Weight Watchers Core program for 5 weeks. So far I've lost 7.4 lbs. I wish it was faster, but I'll take it. I just started exercising a couple of weeks ago. I'm up to 4 days a week: 2 days at the rec center on the elliptical, 2 days working out with videos/dvds. I feel great and am eating a lot healthier foods. I hope to lose a total of 40 lbs.

I've lost 11 lbs eating low fat and healthy and working out 4 times a week, also. It's slow going... I'm 42 and went through menapause (becasue of surgey) and so it's taking a lifetime it seems. It's been 5.5 weeks. I feel GREAT already. I do the elipticle 2 or 3 times a week and have a 1 hour step class 2 times a week. Someday I'll be thin again. I just know it. Put me on your list, I'd love the support.

I've done WW three times and it does work! Hang in there. I had to do it the last two times because I went starch crazy during my pregnancies. Have recently found out from the doctor that I basically don't have a metabolism...even though I work out 5 days a week. So I am back to the WW plan which allows me to eat all my favorite foods so I don't feel like I'm missing out.
