I can't load the video either. From what I am reading I assume he is black. I'm also going to guess that the victim is black but it doesn't say that either.
They did show a bank robber on the news tonight here in Austin. He was black in the picture so they felt safe to say he was black in the description. Around here if they can show the picture they say the race. We also seem to have a very high rate of bank robbers around here...of all races.

Not a big surprise, there are almost always some homeless looking guys in that place. If I go there, I get it to go and come back to the office.

I ate there about a month or so ago. The whopper was luke warm and looked like it was assembled by a monkey. My 2 year old makes more tidy sandwiches.

checked the link...just another "gansta tuffguy" establishing his rep by sucker punching a 70 year old guy.
2 words...Labor Camps.
Imagine how much nicer life would be if we had places off in the Mountains where these guys could spend 5-10 years learning about self reliance and discipline. No workee, no eatee. No phones, no gyms, no tv. Just Mao like reeducation camps....hehe.
But I am a hopeless romantic...and the civil libertarians will remind me of the thug's "rights"
